"Altitude Development" reveals that consumer behavior has clearly changed post-COVID-19. Partnering with business ally "Keen", they are developing hygienic homes and communities (HYGIENIC HOME & COMMUNITY) in the project Altitude Symphony Charoenkrung as a pilot project for development while launching a new segment called "Altitude Forest" in two prime locations: Ratchada and Ari, utilizing psychological principles in home construction to deeply understand unique customer needs, with a total value of 998 million baht. This project caters to the demand for home viewings in the Now Normal era with innovative 720-degree REAL LIVE home tours available for all Altitude projects, aiming to close sales at 2,015 million baht by year-end.

Mr. Chayapol Hanrungrojn, CEO of Altitude Development Co., Ltd., a real estate developer under the brand 'ALTITUDE', stated that over the past year, consumer behavior in real estate has adapted and learned to live in the NOW NORMAL lifestyle, influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to the digital era. People are increasingly preferring to stay at home and going out less to reduce risks. The company recognizes this critical turning point and is developing hygienic homes and communities (HYGIENIC HOME & COMMUNITY) as a future home concept for the safety of residents, emphasizing the idea that EVERYONE CAN SAFE AT HOME. They are collaborating with Keen, an environmental innovation leader, to develop globally recognized hygienic home innovations, with Altitude Symphony Charoenkrung as the pilot project for implementation across all ongoing constructions.

In terms of project development, they are preparing to launch the latest new segments: Altitude Forest Ratchada, a premium townhouse project with 39 units starting at 15 million baht, and Altitude Forest Ari-Monument, a luxury single house project with only 10 units starting at 28 million baht. These projects are rare finds in the Ari area and represent new developments in prime city locations, with a combined value of 998 million baht.
The project design concept employs psychological principles in home construction to target the "UNIQUE" customer segment. Both projects integrate two main concepts in their design to address the uniqueness of residents while emphasizing sustainability in all aspects of living: 1. MIND-SPACE, a blank space where "every moment matters," allowing you to fill it with your mind and be your true self; 2. Equipped with GREENERY SPHERE technology, a clean, renewable technology along with hygienic home innovations (HYGIENIC HOME), and many other convenience technologies for sustainable living, complemented by a central area that offers tranquility, featuring tree houses designed with glass that envelops large trees, and a home design that understands wind direction and sunlight exposure well, creating a space for residents to engage in long-term activities together.

"Following the success of Altitude Kraf Bangna, which has seen continuous sales since late last year, generating total sales of 540 million baht by the end of Q1/64, along with the closure of the Proof Rama 9 home office project and the luxurious single house Altitude Mastery Phaholyothin 24, there are currently five projects under construction and ready for transfer by the end of this year, including Altitude Proof Sathorn, Altitude Symphony Charoenkrung, Altitude Sathorn-Thapra, Altitude Kraf Bangna Townhome, and Altitude Mastery Sukhumvit, with a target to close sales at 2,015 million baht by year-end," Mr. Chayapol stated.

Additionally, to respond to the current situation where the world has faced a viral outbreak crisis since last year, Altitude has adjusted its sales strategy to a new approach called 'REAL LIVE 720 DEGREE', or the 720-degree real-life innovation under the concept ANYONE CAN BUY ANYWHERE & ANYTIME. This innovation allows for a virtual reality experience of 720 degrees, enabling customers to view model homes and central areas in a realistic manner from all angles, and to create a POP UP SPACE to design homes according to their preferred lifestyle, marking a new phenomenon in sales that offers customers an experience beyond traditional home purchasing.

The 720-degree real-life home viewing innovation was piloted with the new brand 'Altitude Kraf Bangna' (PREMIUM AFFORDABLE TOWNHOME), which launched in late 2020 and has achieved successful sales before the official project opening (EARLY BIRD), with continuous sales to date exceeding 540 million baht, and a SOLD OUT of 125 units from a total of 402 units in the project, with a total project value of 1,469 million baht. This innovation will be applied to all new projects to be launched.
